What does it cost?
The standard price for a listing on christianpropertyretreats.com is $132 ($US) for 12 months (That’s just $.36 a day ). Also, you may choose the monthly subscription of $11 a month (minimum of 12 months). We only charge the one fee, there are no hidden charges, no surprises.
What are my payment options?
Price: $11/month (12 month minimum requirement)
First option is our monthly subscription. The price for a listing on christianpropertyretreats.com is $11 USD/month (That’s just $.36 a day to market your property), which will equal to $132 over a one year time period. Each month your credit card will be charged $11 USD.
Price: $132/year
The second option is to make an annual lump payment of $132 USD for an annual subscription. Your credit card will be charged $132 USD when you sign-up to list your property and will continue to be charged annually.
Which payment types do you accept?
We accept any major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). We do not accept check or cash as a form of payment.
Do I need to know HTML, or how to design a web page?
NO. When you join christianretreatproperties.com you do not need to know anything more than how to fill out a simple web form. In fact, we have a created a step-by-step document on how to fill out the form to create your property listing. Our goal is to make it as simple and easy for you. Once you have provided the information about your property, we will have your property listed within 1 – 2 business days.
How do I go about changing and updating my property listing?
Simple. Once you have added your property to christianpropertyretreats.com, you may change all aspects of your listing by selecting “Property Listing Changes” form under “Contact Us” tab where you are presented with a web based form that was very similar to the one you used to create the listing initially. Once you have completed and submitted the form, your web page and property information will be changed within 1 – 2 business days.
Who updates my pages?
You do! We provide you with a “Property Listing Changes” form (similar to form used for listing property) under “Contact Us” tab which allows you to update the details of your property such as its availability, description, title, amenities, photographs, your rental policies and terms and we take care of making sure that your listing page gets updated on christianpropertyretreats.com within 1 – 2 business days.
How do I add and change photographs to my listing?
Same as making updates to your property listing. Select the “Property Listing Changes” form under “Contact Us” tab. We provide you with a web based photograph administration tool that allows you to upload and update up to twelve photographs per listing at your leisure. The photograph administration tool allows you to upload your photographs much in the same way you might attach them to an email message. This convenience is provided at no extra charge to you. Photograph changes to your property will be made within 1 -2 business days.
Do you charge to update photos or make changes to my listings?
No, we do not charge for updates to your listings. You are provided with the tool which allows you to easily update your property rental listing at your convenience.
How will I receive inquiries?
Once an interested party finds your property in our index, they fill out an e-mail contact form. The information will be sent to whichever email address you specify when creating your listing on our system. Further, you can change this email address at anytime. Also, your phone contact and website will be listed with your property.
May I provide links to other web pages?
The short answer is yes. There are rules concerning which links are appropriate. Generally, we ask that the link points to another web page which contains more information about the specific property listed. Further, when linking to a site that competes with christianretreatproperties.com, it is mandatory that you provide a reciprocal link from the linked page.
What do you do to market your site?
We understand that our job is to connect you with potential individuals and churches, to that end we have gone to great lengths to make sure that your property rental listings on christianretreatproperties.com gain the maximum exposure possible, and are always working on improving those results. Are there setup fees?
No! There are no setup fees for standard listings.
Are there management or referral fees?
No! There are no management or referral fees. The only fee you are ever charged is the listing fee for your property. There are no hidden charges.
Can I cancel my listing?
Yes, you can cancel your listing on christianretreatproperties.com. Canceling your listing is as easy as sending us an e-mail and we cancel your listing within 1 – 2 business days. Remember, there is a 12 month minimum for your property listing, so if you cancel before that time, we do not provide refunds, as well as continuing to charge you till you have reached the 12 month minimum.
Is your site secure?
We have gone to great lengths to ensure that our site is secure. In addition to adhering to strict standards in developing our web site with security in mind, we utilize a digital certificate from Thawte, Inc., a leading provider of Internet trust services. When you enter a secure portion of the site (any page that shows your account information), you will see a closed lock or a solid key at the bottom of your browser. If you click on this, a popup window displaying security information will appear. This certificate is a guarantee that your account information is being transmitted in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the industry standard 128-bit encryption technology security protocol. This is widely used by the banking industry, as well as major e-commerce sites on the Internet. All of your ordering information is encrypted using this secure server for maximum security. Our site is monitored 24 hours a day.
How will I know if people are looking at my listing?
Once your vacation rental is in our index and published on the web site, you will know right away how many people are looking at your rental property. We provide you with a real-time page counter that keeps track of all your hits. To view the page counter you will need to log into the web site and select which property you are tracking. We also store all of your past inquiries for you, which means they are accessible to you anytime, from any computer connected to the Internet.
Who sets and determines the price I charge to rent my property?
You determine the price you want to charge for which times of the year. You can include your rates with your property listing
